A very warm welcome to you for visiting our club website. We look forward to welcoming all of our members and visiting guests to our great Club during 2021 for what promises to be another very enjoyable year at Tramore. We hope to get the opportunity to meet you during your visit through out the year.
The Old Course was ranked inside the Top 50 of Irish Courses and sat inside the Top 20 in Parkland Courses. We like to think of Tramore Golf Club as a Parkland Course with a Links Wind! From its founding days back in 1894, Tramore Golf Club has stood proudly across three locations in Tramore, from its original location on the Back Strand, to Graun Hill before eventually settling in its current location over 80 years ago.
A major redesign of the Championship Course coupled with the development of a new nine hole layout has established Tramore as one of the premier golfing venues in Ireland. Host of many championships including the Irish Close championship as recently as 2015, Tramore Golf Club offers a unique challenge to golfers of all levels.
We welcome you, not only to the Golf Club, but also to a vibrant seaside resort, a place with something for everyone and a great starting point for your adventure in the South East or even an unmissable location to finish your journey in this great country. Our members and visitors continue to enjoy the long sandy beach (Tramore is the Irish for “Great Beach”), world class surfing facilities, a great range of pubs and restaurants and the warm welcome extended by the local community.
Tramore Golf Club is located less than 100Km from our three major Irish airports and just an hour from the ferry port in Rosslare. Our hope and wish for the year ahead is that the Club and all of its members and visitors continue to thrive and, once again, we would like to extend a warm welcome to Tramore Golf Club during 2022.
